  • My work is phenomenological in nature. This means that we explore your subjective lived experience in the here-and-now rather than focus on labels, theories, and diagnoses. I follow your subtle cues and invite you to sense into your bodily sensations. My wish is to provide you a safe space to feel, to be, to express yourself, to understand instead of judge your emotions, and to fully realize the inherent healing power of your physical vessel.
