welcome to all that you are
you’re not broken. you’re waking up.
Most people sense a deeper truth underneath their pain but don’t know how to talk about it without sounding “too much.” I work with people who feel the pull toward something real—beyond coping skills, beyond pathology, beyond the story of a separate self just trying to get by.
My work blends trauma therapy, somatic presence, and the recognition that consciousness—not the brain—is the ground of experience. This isn’t philosophy. It’s a practical doorway out of suffering.
You don’t have to abandon your humanity to see your true nature. You also don’t need to drown in your wounds to heal.
The way through is honest contact with what’s here, held in awareness—not identity.
If you want a therapist who won’t tiptoe around the truth, you’re in the right place.
about
me
I’m a therapist, social worker, and guide for people moving through spiritual emergence, trauma, and identity unwinding. My work is rooted in non-duality and analytic idealism: consciousness is primary, and suffering eases as we recognize our experience arises in and as consciousness—not in a separate self struggling inside a hostile universe.
I’ve walked through my own inner earthquakes—spiritual openings that destabilized the sense of self, trauma resurfacing, and the terror of “dimensions” that felt bigger than the mind could bear. I know the terrain intimately, and I don’t pretend otherwise. This work is not theoretical for me.
I don’t pretend to be above any of this. The only difference now is that I don’t mistake the turbulence for who I am.
I’m not here to give you spiritual slogans or psychological band-aids.
I’m here to sit with you in the depth without losing the thread of truth—because the heart underneath all of this is already open.
